Week 4: Client Review & Revisions

You review the draft and we make any necessary adjustments based on your feedback.

  • Revisions and fine-tuning
  • Additional customization (if needed)

 

Week 5: Final Adjustments & Testing

We test for mobile responsiveness, browser compatibility, loading speed, and ensure everything’s ready to go live.

  • Final polish and quality checks


Week 6: Website Go Live

Your new website is launched and shared with the world!

  • Website Go Live
  • Monthly Maintenance Retainer starts (includes updates, backups & minor content edits)


Payment Terms

  • 50% Deposit – Payable upon acceptance of the quote
  • 40% Completion Payment – Payable upon completion of website design and content upload
  • 10% Final Payment – Payable upon website go-live
  • Monthly Maintenance Retainer – Payable on the 1st of each month


    Additional Notes
  • Any additional pages or custom features outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately
  • The client must provide all required content (text, images, product details) before development starts
  • Maintenance retainer covers minor content updates and website support; major design changes will be quoted separately
